Staunton Military Academy and Washington and Lee University. His major in college was biology.
His practice, though general, includes legal and medical malpractice, domestic cases, probate,
real estate, products liability, and personal injury.
He is admitted to practice in all state federal districts as well as the 10th, 9th, 7th, 6th and 5th Circuit
Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court where he
has successfully argued a case as well as participating in two other successful cases as
amicus curiae - friend of the court.
His practice is not limited to Oklahoma through the use of his aircraft. He is a referral attorney for
the National Rifle Association and is a Panel Attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots
Association, handling pilot violations before the FAA.
